1. Overview
We aim to be fair and transparent. Refunds may be granted only in the circumstances described below, or where required by mandatory law.
This Refund Policy is referenced in, and forms part of, our Terms and Conditions.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email support@earlynarratives.com and include:
- The email address used for the account
- Your order/transaction reference (if available)
- The plan purchased and purchase date
- The reason for the request
We may request additional information to verify the account owner and the transaction.
3. Refund eligibility and timeframes
Refunds may be granted in the following cases:
A) Initial subscription purchase
- You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial purchase date for a Subscription.
- If approved, we will refund the amount paid for the relevant Subscription period, subject to any deductions permitted by applicable law (for example, for the portion of the service already provided).
B) Billing errors or unauthorized charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly (duplicate charge, wrong plan, or other billing error), contact us promptly. If confirmed, we will correct the error, which may include a refund or credit.
C) Service not provided
If the Services were not provided as purchased due to a verified issue attributable to us, we may provide a refund or credit as appropriate.
D) Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws. Where such rights apply, we will comply with them.
4. Non-refundable items and limitations
Unless required by law, we generally do not provide refunds for:
- Renewal charges after the initial purchase refund window has passed
- Partially used billing periods outside the refund window
- Charges where we reasonably determine there has been misuse, fraud, or a violation of the Terms
5. Refund method and processing time
- Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible.
- We typically initiate approved refunds within 10 business days; your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
